    素味平生 - 辣味香菇丁

    贴一个偶尔看到的可操作性很强的菜谱。
    辣味香菇丁


    主料:鲜香菇、辣椒、香菜
    配料:蒜末、生抽、盐、油



    做法:1、香菇洗净,用手攥去水份,切成小丁,辣椒切丁、香菜切末备用;



    2、锅内放少许油,加入蒜末炒香,加入香菇丁翻炒;



    3、放少许生抽,至香菇9成熟,放入辣椒丁,翻炒,加盐调味;


     


    4、临出锅时,加入香菜,盛出即可。



    【小提示】:
    1、香菇在清洗后一定要攥去水份,不然在炒的过程中,出水量很大,影响整体味道;
    2、最好选用无水锅或者不粘锅,这样在炒香菇的过程中,避免炒糊或者粘锅;
    3、整个炒制过程,切忌加水。
